Total Battery Service
For prestigious, high performance or luxury watches we recommend a total watch battery service every 2 years. This includes resealing the watch case and pressure testing up to 5ATM (50m). The watch case, glass and strap are cleaned and polished. We will also use where possible Renata EL Extra Life batteries designed for high-end watch brands. These batteries typical last around 40-60% longer than normal Renata batteries.

Q: Is every watch battery £8.00?
A: No. Our pricing system is typically based on the watch case properties. The standard price applies to dust-proof watches, whereas water-resistant cases will be higher according to the rating. Get a quote
Q: What if I have a new battery fitted but my watch still does not work?
A: We will always try to get you watch running, but if still doesn't work there will be no charge. If you would like to have your watch fully serviced then we can offer a repair quote.
Q: Do you service watches?
A: Yes. Watches with quartz (battery powered) movements can be serviced in house from within 5 days. Automatic or mechanical watches can take several weeks and the cost varies.
Q: Do you change batteries in car key fobs?
A: Yes. We change batteries in almost any car key fob as long at it's designed to be replaced. The price is usually the same as a standard watch battery replacement.
* Watch batteries are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided. Batteries that for any reason have not provided sufficient charge to reliably power a standard quartz movement will be replaced under the guarantee. The guarantee does not cover what could be considered excessive use of secondary functions e.g. prolonged chronograph use or illumination, or if the watch movement has an existing electrical fault.
